Date and time occured: 2-3 November 1980 @ 12 to 21:30
Victim’s name: Elizabeth Schwartz
Suspect: Richard Impallaria, Joppatown Md 5 ft 8 in thin build brown hair and mustache.
Crime: Telephone Misuse
Mrs Elizabeth Schwartz, the victim, reports on above date and times that she has been receiving numerous telephone calls from the suspect, Richard Impallaria. She continued to report that her granddaughter, Karen Gregory, was once the girlfriend of the Richard Impallaria (sic). Mrs. Schwartz report the suspect would call and make statements. “I’m going to kill you” and “I am going to get you good”. She stated that he has been sen in the are and she is in fear that he will do something to her. Mrs. Schwartz state that she will obtain a warrant.

Complainant Name: Gregory, Karen J.
Offense: Malicious Destruction
Investigation revealed Ms. Gregory has be (sic) getting phone calls from 28-1 (Impallaria) for several moths stating he (28-11) [Impallaria] will get her and harm same. Ms. Gregory also stated 28-1 (Impallaria) stated he would damage ms. Gregory vehicle.
Ms. Gregory states she did observed (sic) 28-1 (Impallaria) in her neighborhood on 28 Jun ’81 at about 1800 hours in a red camero tag # unknown.
There is a warrant already on file for 28-1 (Impallaria) warrant # 164587-80.
Ms. Gregory was advised if 28-1 (Impallaria) is seen in the area she is to phone for a police officer.
